Vantrue Nexus 5 FIRMWARE (Release time: 12/10/2025)

Please can we have a Firmware that DOESN'T totally reset the camera each time we install a new version??

Every time I update it, I have to put all my settings back in there again....

Not sure if this is related or not. Since upgrading to this firmware I randomly get "Slow Card" displaying on the camera. I have formatted the card twice and my wife formatted it today after receiving the message again. The card we have is the 256GB version: Vantrue 256GB microSDXC UHS-I U3 MicroSD

1. Updated some Spanish translations.

2. Adjusted collision detection sensitivity and refined the secondary impact exit logic.

3. Optimized the interior infrared light switching logic to improve IR-CUT performance and reduce stuttering.
 
Hi everyone,
I am currently expecting an issue with my N5.
It looks working well as i can connect myself to the dashcam through Vantrue app.
But since the last update the screen is blank. I can see the light working but nothing appears on screen.
Sometimes the logo appears at boot during few seconds but nothing more.

Can you tell me if previous firmware are available and where could I found them? May some of you have an older version than the last one?
Can i find modded version of N5 firmware ?

Sorry you’re experiencing this issue.
Could you please try updating the firmware to the latest version again and check if the screen returns to normal?
If the issue still persists after updating, it may be related to internal hardware connection stability. In that case, you can try gently tapping the main unit to see if the display comes back.
