Video Length

New IQ 4K installed by Halfords last week, numerous issues, sd card faulty, not showing any video, keeps switching offline.

Mostly now sorted, but, it only records videos of 30 seconds, nothing longer, it’s not protected files it’s everything, there’s nothing recorded over 30 seconds.

Is there a way to increase the video length to say 3 minutes like in my old 522 ?

I have searched and searched any way to increase the video length to no avail. Seems 30 seconds is the maximum which is crazy when you can extend recording times up to three minutes on other Nextbase cameras. I’m beginning to regret having the IQ due to bugs and faults. The support team always answer emails however it can take a full day.

I’d love to see some sort of firmware update that extends video length and also batch delete of files. At the moment you can only delete a single file at any time.
