Video playback

Have today been trying the playback on my newly acquired IPhone. I get a good picture but the map below is just a line on a white screen, in all 3 map variants. Is this what we all get? Or should I perhaps redownload the Vantrue app.

It may be that the map needs an internet connection to access its server?

I am sat within feet of my router, all connections WiFi/bluetooth are good.

On retrying this morning in readiness to send file to Jeff_Vantrue, this happened. Now is this because I downloaded a file onto my phone and this I found in (normal) file, where yesterday I was playing back straight from the N4pro?

Yeah you have to DL footage to be able to see the MAP info too, i think it also say in the APP
