For a company like Viofo I expect they to return the money for the shipping if is camera fault and not user fault. But I don't expect the user to accept to pay the shipping when Viofo will say that was their fault.
More than that, there are cases when Viofo is sending a new unit to the user and asking the user to send back the damaged camera. And the user never send. They can have one new camera and another which is guessing to be damaged. So they keep both cameras. I don't expect Viofo to do such things to the clients, cheating them like some of the users are cheating.

Some time ago I had a private conversation with jokiin from Street Guardian and he told me that some users are returning on Amazon the Street Guardian camera they ordered but inside they sent some cheap no-name chinese camera. We all know that Street Guardian have very good products so it is expected again the return to be users fault.
