Viofo Community 2FA Issue

Anyone else had this problem...
Every 30 days the Viofo Community login requires the two-factor authentication to be verified.
I had chose the verify by email code option and had submiited my usual supplier email address. Usual format although it does contain a hyphen.
Each time I try the verification it says an email with the code in has been sent.
But these emails never arrive. Not in my Inbox, nor in my Junk.
This happens on both my Windows laptop and my Android smartphone. The email account is a standard Outlook one.
Has anyone else had this problem?

I am currently experiencing the same thing. Haven't been able to log in with my ipad for over a week. We'll see what happens when my PC reaches the 30 day mark. Have you tried changing the password? I may try that next time I'm on my ipad.
 
I did join a few weeks ago and made a couple of posts. Then I got that 2FA request so deleted my bookmark. A forum should not require my phone number.
