Just had this happened to me, just sold a couple of office chairs in a mostly empty park parking lot.

When I was at the other guys car, talking with him, which he parked about 3 or 4 empty spots away, some car pulled up very close to my SUV. My first thought was, why is this guy parking so close to me in an empty parking lot.

The hatch on my car was open, and I even had a couple of moving blankets on the floor, so it was obvious to anyone someone was close by.

But, might as just watch the video. Watch the last part as I pull away to see how empty the parking lot was for him to park so close to me he would easily ding my car, it was way closer than it looks in the picture in my opinion.

So, am I being paranoid here, or was this guy up to no good?

No idea what's taking place. You've poorly explained the circumstances surrounding the alleged incident.

1. You sold a guy some chairs to a white guy, and he was loading them into his minivan.
2. A black guy pulls up alongside your car, inspects his vehicle, and you pull away.

What scam is taking place? Is the black guy alleging you somehow damaged his vehicle while parked alongside him? Looks to me he simply exited his car to inspect the vehicle. If the black guy had walked up to you and claimed you "Hit Him" that's a scam. I see nothing of that nature occurring.

What am I missing?
