hi, when turn on my A118c the screen has stuck on Viofo and don't get in to the camera mode.
i try to press on R (reset) but it doesn't work.

i opened the camera but i don't see anything suspect.
there is anyone can help me or tell me if it can be fixing?

you can try reseating the ribbon cable between the sensor board and the mainboard, sometimes this will work, if not it's a hardware problem

can't see it in your pictures, the sensor board is the PCB that your lens assembly is mounted to, there is a flexible cable that attaches the two PCB's so that the lens can move up and down, release and reinsert/reseat the connector from the ZIF socket on each end of the cable, if you reseat the cable and still have the same problem (it's only a slim chance this will fix it) then it is a hardware problem and not something you can fix
