I think that car blocked other cars. And my title was about 7 minutes because the driver blocked for 7 minutes. Of course the best is to not block at all but we don't know all conditions from that place.

Mtz, спасибо for all the videos. In the wait for my first dash cam to arrive, I have been watching them obsessively, and have been noticing patterns in them, so I have a couple questions about Russian traffic if you have a moment to answer:

• On what appears to be a two lane road, I notice a lot of drivers create a "third lane" in the middle to pass cars. Is this common? Legal? How do you deal with people coming the other way in the "third lane?"

• In fact, on many videos there don't appear to be any lines painted in the road and people just drive wherever they want. How common is this?

• I see a lot of cars turning left from the two left lanes, but the person in the left lane wants to go forward. Are the people on the right being dicks, or is that how it is done?

• I know these videos are isolated incidents, but seriously, what are the Russian driver's license requirements? Do you have driver's education? It looks like many of these people have no concept of the rules of the road, or how to adjust to road/visibility conditions. Basically, how bad is driving in Russia, really?

• How common is drunk driving over there? I refuse to believe some of these people are sober.

I used the google translate for that russian word.
Romania is another country, different than Russia. Somewhere in the North of our country are just few people which are speaking ukrainian (a language almost like russian) because we have Ukraine at the north border. We don't have borders with Russia so is a small chance people from Romania to understand russian.
But is not a problem supposing I am russian.

Yes, there are some patterns and watching them we must understand to not make the same mistakes.

I visited Russia a few years ago (St Petersburg) and spent 5 days there, truly I witnessed the worst driving I've ever seen in those 5 days, I worked out at the time that BMW means Bet Mine Wins (BMW drivers were the worst of the worst) by the way they speed through traffic with total disregard for any rules

I drive in China regularly and although erratic they generally don't drive fast and nobody gets upset

With normal people using black windows I don't think is any problem. But even in my country, many of them after are mounting that black solar film they become "racers". Most of us hate the racers because many of them are killing innocent people just trying to show to nobody how great they are. And dead.
