Dear community,

If somebody happens to know the hardware Garmin Dash Cam 65W is built upon (image processor & optical sensor), please share.

Since it can record 1440p i assume it might use the OV4689 sensor

It can't record 1440p, it's 1920x1080 30fps max

The question is still opened... If somebody had a chance to disassemble Garmin DashCam, please let us know what is exactly inside...

I know this, I've read about this long time ago here. One of the reasons I wonder about 60W is to compare what has changed since Garmin 55.

The Garmin lineup looks kinda strange:
The 45 has two versions: one with IMX322 sensor and another with OV4689 inside. The SoC is Ambarella A12A20 capable recording up to 1080p30.
The 55 is based on A12A55 + OV4689 hardware solution and records 2560x1440p30 video.
The 65w uses A12A20 + OV4689 with high-quality fisheye lens and shoots 1080p30.

If you could share also the hardware spec for 66W and 67W that would be great. Thanks in advance!
