What resolution is best

NEWBEE HERE….Just received (purchased) A229 front camera only direct from Viofo. I thought the only two options for resolution were 2560x1440 or 1920x1080 both @ 30fps. There is a third option which is 2592x1944 @ 24fps. I was going to use 2560x1440 until I saw the newest offering. Which one to use?
