Is it possible to buy the Panorama IIs with the GPS over the counter somewhere in Korea/Seoul? Does anyone know?

I just spoke with the manufacturer. He said I can accept payment, and he will locally ship to your friend in Seoul if that works.

FYI: Korea version, you can't install CPL. (there is not metal ring) If you want CPL you should order the international version.

So if I buy the one you link to they will ship the cam with gps, suction cap, power cable and a bracket? You know how long that will take? Because he's in a hotel right now so I have to double check how long he will stay at that place.

If I understand you correctly I will get the Korean version and the only difference is the missing magnet for a optional CPL polarizing filter?

Correct, go ahead and find out how long your friend is going to be there, and if the hotel can accept packages. I'll confirm with SungMoon one final time that this will work out for you.
