Where to get software?

Hello all. First time here. I purchased a dashcam on Amazon and thought it would arrive with software. It did not contain any software.
I'd prefer to keep the camera and get the software it needs.
Does anyone know of a site, or seller where one can obtain the necessary software?
The camera type/model appears to be what some are calling R300; though the one I purchased said 3000.
I am not asking for how to obtain software by illegal means.

Hi boilers,

That camera is most commonly called the X3000. You can download the PC software on the main X3000 page.

the software is on the SD card after you have formatted it in the Dashcam.
after filming and driving put the card in your PC and open X2player.
now you can see the x2player with the video files you may have recorded.
