DOD list it as a Tiotech A8 which is their secret code name (marketing bull****) for the Novatek 96650 chipset
So its dont have real 720P 60FPS

I don't believe it does, it's not a model I've looked at though, 720p60 probably has a place for the action cam market but not suitable for dashcam use, smoother perhaps, but less detail
