I have no idea as I have never used the brand. However, Strontium is a Singapore company with offices in about 6 other countries.
The Nitro Plus Endurance A2 is probably a better choice due to specs...and to the fact they advertise it for a dashcam. In the promos anyway. You want the 128GB or 64GB as it seems to have slight better specs than the 32.

Where you have to be careful is that the Nitro A1 you are looking at is part of the mobile platform. Performance requirements are less for mobile than for dashcams.
