Wi-fi connection 622GW

I just cannot connect to Live view on the App in my car. The WiFi light is on on the cam, and the connection is shown on my phone, but the circle just goes round and round.
Running on the latest firmware and a u3 v10 card
Have I done something wrong ?

If your car has WiFi in it, it just confuses the dashcam for some reason.

My 622GW will NEVER connect to my phone in the car, but when I take it into the house, it will connect, even though I have WiFi in the house.

I think it's just a car with WiFi thing !!.

It is a real pain and I don't want to have to switch off the cars WiFi, as this may create other unrelated issues !!
