Wi-Fi dropping out

Hello
Does anybody have problems with the 650s and the WiFi?

If I’m sat in my car connecting to the dashcams WiFi it will connect and about 10s later just disconnect. It does not to it all the time but it happens alot

I am only say 2ft away from the dashcam so I am in range but it’s rather annoying

Does this happen to anybody else?

Do it just drop the connection or do the phone change to another wifi.
I assume many wifi people use automatic connect to wifi, i assume this mean those wifi access points or devices take precedence over others..

As I have Wifi turned on on my phone: it connects to 650s then 10s later connects to my home connection. I have to go back into wifi settings and switch it back to 650s

its a hit and miss, and VERY slow

You could try to remove automatic connection to your home wifi, i think that would solve the problem.

Mind you a am a stout wifi hater so it is not something i use very much, but i had a somewhat similar problem in my car with 3 dashcams with wifi on all the time, so the phone wanted to change cameras now and then, so i disabled auto connect on all but the one camera i was focussing on at the time.
