Boy it sure takes awhile to download on iPad/ iPhone, why is that ? Have a129 and it takes forever, still haven’t got a full video,
Have a card reader coming today just didn’t want to have to take card out every time to view, any thoughts on that.
Thanks

I like to use the 3 min clip interval. Still slow but its a lot faster than downloading a 10 min clip over the wifi.

I suggest trying both 2.4 and 5, might work faster with 2.4, as per my experience transfer speeds depend on the device. With iOS though 5 GHz is faster.

Where do you change the setting to 2.5 or 5 ghz, I’m not to smart
Thanks

We found there is issue on IOS app, this is fixed in new version, will upload to apple store soon, the average speed will be around 3MB/s in 5Ghz, is faster than most of other dash cam in the market.
We are still working if we can improve the speed in 2.4GHz mode.

3MBps average means 150MB in 50 seconds, 142MB is one minute clip in FHD 60FPS High bitrate.
On mine phone MotoX4 with Android Oreo and Pie it tooks 1:30 to download or play such clip.
On Galaxy A7 2018 playback also 1:30, stops couple times to buffer, download took far more.
Tested on couple cards, latest transfer of this file on PC card reader was less than 2 seconds, this was Samsung U3 64GB 100/60MBps read/write.
So from mine experience it's more like 1.5MBps average.

Do you set the camera in 5G Wi-Fi mode?

Yes I did. What is funny previous recommendation was to use 2.4 band as usually faster.

What is a bitrate of FHD 30FPS?
