WiFi camera to monitor trailer

I am in search of a simple camera that can be mounted either inside or outside that generates a Wi-Fi signal that can be picked up by an app on my iPhone in real time. I would like to monitor a trailer in real time. I prefer a camera that can be wired for power, not solely operating on battery alone. I have a dash cam, so I’m not in need of a camera that functions as a dash cam. I have seen one or two on Amazon and eBay, but they run about $25-$35 and I’m not sure of the quality of such a camera. I know that there are also cameras with small monitors designed for RVs, but I don’t want a separate monitor. I just want to use my phone to see the trailer in real time. I upgraded both the Xiaofang cameras that were in use to the 4 LED version. FOV on the version 2 is narrower. Image quality, overall speed and reliability are much improved.
