Yi 4K file system

When I shoot with the 4k, it saves the video into a file system in a funny order. Then there is a second copy under a slightly different format. anyone know why it does that? The file numbering system is not sequential and I end up having to set the sequence by time of recoding.

the *_thm* files are thumbnails for preview over WiFi on you Device.

But the Numbering when you reach the maximum file size makes no sense to me, it changes a Letter and not just goes to the next number.

Thanks for the response. The "thm" file is not used by me. wonder if there is a way to stop the clutter to the card.
It would be nice if they redesign the software to reflect a sequential file system. Especially for those that will record multiple files before downloading to a computer.
