I was wondering if driving over a hydro dam would "kind of" make up a special effect. I can reports that from a standard view perspective; not really !. It's not a big dam to start with, so I guess a wide angle with a predisposed vantage point slightly aiming over the dam would help. But nonetheless, you be the judge...
