Restore default settings

Hello,

After the latest firmware update my cam does not work. Screen always on and I can not use any of buttons. Only I press on/off button for 15 sec to off the screen.

Can anyone support me how can I restore default settings / reset my cam?

Thanks, but my cam's buttons did not work the whole cam was freeze.
I still reset my cam with the following steps:
1. I downloaded an earlier firmware version (e.g.: 1.0.5 or 1.0.7)
2. After it I copied the unzipped update library (with contents) to the sd card's root library
3. After that I put back the sd card to the cam and I pressed the power on / off button and the right button at the same time for a few seconds
4. I followed the instructions

Good to know there's a way to fix the problem 👍

I always advise to never upgrade anything until you see what others experience with it because sometimes "upgrades" cause more problems than they solve 😒
