That's a police cruiser. There's nothing illegal about where he's parked.

Wouldn't make any difference here, our police have to follow the rules of the road like everyone else.
And even there, it is definitely a dangerous place!

A advantageous location for a cop, but yeah it is like doubling up on trouble.
I have also noticed some times when pulled over Americans will pull out to the center divider, but i think some places they have EMG lane either sides of the lanes, so either is good, just crazy for a Dane to see as we only have the EMG lane on the right side.
So for a Dane it look as if the guy is stopping in the "super fast lane"
