The SanDisk and normal 1TB cards will die quickly, like in weeks (I tried a SanDisk). I believe it is because low total write endurance. You need an industrial/MLC one.

You need to check the dashcam specs. Some have a card size maximum

I would never use SanDisk for the reasons mentioned above. I'm still using 2 Samsung Evo 128Gb cards from 2017 that are still working without issue

Good luck with getting the card. They are rarely found in stock on the market, can be bought but usually there is about a 15 week or longer wait. Very expensive card, many outlets cannot justify keeping an inventory. I would love to have one but simply cannot justify the price.

Can't really justify spending double that for the official Vantrue card

Not necessarily. I've used Lexar and Samsung cards for years that aren't endurance and they're still working. SanDisk is pretty unreliable as a memory manufacturer, so many issues over the years so no surprise there.

Both my Samsung Evo cards are not endurance cards and as I posted, are still going strong since 2017 in my Viofo A119 V3's

I've also seen posts that endurance cards can be slower

I used Samsung Evo (the red labeled ones) for my older viofo dash cams and cctv cameras, but they don't work properly in the newer viofo stuff.

sorry for the misunderstanding. we have just correct it: It is only compatible with all newly released Vantrue dash cams such as N5, N4 Pro, S1 Pro, N2X, E360, E1 Pro, E3, E2, F1
