- At the moment Viofo, Vueroid and Vantrue
Viofo developed the "Constant Power Cable OP100" for connecting its models to the OBD2 port of cars.
The plug itself has a switch with three operating time settings: 3 hours, 24 hours, and constant.
I think the timer should be set when parking the car, as models enter parking mode when there's no movement in the lens, not when the ignition is turned off.
My A329TC works correctly with the OBD2 cable.
The plug is connected with a cable approximately 30cm long to a converter with an input voltage of 12V - 24V and a USB-A output of 5V 3A,
USB-C output of 5V 3A, 9V 2A, and 12V 1.5A.
The lower voltage threshold for the OBD2 cable is 11.8V/23.6V.
