Thanks! Yeah, I'll probably do something to make it look a bit nicer. The blue thing is just part of a felt-top pen trimmed down to size. The washer on the outside is from a bicycle presta-valve. It seems to hold the cam pretty firmly though so is a good solution for me at work.

Whilst it's nice that the pedestrians escaped unharmed it's unlikely that the occupants of the cars got off so lightly - that was a huge impact.

Can't help with your issues but my cam gets really hot all the time too. I'm not sure whether it's a problem - I'm guessing they all do it but I've been considering drilling some cooling holes in the back when I get round to drilling out the microphone hole.

Just as a follow up, my experience with Apple-CT was excellent. I ordered an ITB-100HD and it was delivered within 5 days, all for £120.

Thankyou! $10 is a bit expensive for such a tiny piece of plastic but I guess it's quite a specialist item. I'm surprised Itronics don't offer some sort of suction mount; I'm thinking of trying to make one up myself.

Anyone got any idea where I could get some spare mounts? I've primarily bought the camera for work and often have to drive different trucks, so it'd be handy to have a few mounts. I'm experimenting with using the one mount and heavy duty velcro on the windscreen but it's not a great solution.
