I've had problems with this camera .The SD card stopped working and I had to replace it.I contacted the seller (greensum ).Theyve responded after I sent them so many emails.They told me to ship them the faulty SD card for inspection.It works out cheeper if I buy a card in UK considering...

The manufacture suggested to try another SD card in it.That's what Im going to do and Ill get back to you

Have you tried adjusting camera angle? It should be facing horisontally, not facing up.
