Hello DashCamTalk. I've been reading everyone's posting and am delighted to share my views and videos. This Link http://youtu.be/jfXPVKplSRo is day time driving and the following link http://youtu.be/giulsJYQC-M is night driving videos. All these videos were made in New Jersey, USA!
so far it seems to work correctly but as some other bloggers have noted the google maps interface, and system time and date are incorrect. I have reached out to JAEWONCNC and stated my findings. They replied with "Sorry for the inconvenience.. We are working on the problem with map problem on the viewer in singapore..
Please wait for a short time to fix the problem in rearch center.." So lets see what happens. On another note this is my first device of this sort ever.

I've had problems with this camera .The SD card stopped working and I had to replace it.I contacted the seller (greensum ).Theyve responded after I sent them so many emails. They told me to ship them the faulty SD card for inspection. It works out cheeper if I buy a card in UK considering the shipment and tax charges.
IT RECORDS and displays the speed if you have GPS .There are NO Maps yet.The manufacture is working on map issues.
THE Video quality is VERY POOR and PIXELATED
My advise get something else and NOT rom GREENSUM

Hi Ey_Vaz
Have you ever changed the setting in the Iroad application called “IROAD BLACKBOX Viewer” in there you able to make the change in the video quality. After you have started the program on the top you’ll see what looks like a gear circle with edges that stick out. In order for this work you need to have your Micro SD card plugged into your computer for this process to work. Click on that you might see the following “Select Configuration Path” that’s fine click “ok” after that a pop window will appear select the “Black Box” and click “ok”. You’ll see the gear on the top left and next to it you’ll see “Config” in the second row going down you’ll “Record Frame” select “Max” if “Min” is highlighted in yellow. In this menu you are able to change the following “ Record Frame, Voice Record, Volume (that would be the greeter when you first power on your car or when she tells you the replace your SD card), Effect Sound, Shock Level, Motion Detect, System Time (Im still having an issue with this part), Time Zone, Voice Language and system info ( so you can what is the latest software installed in your dash mount camera). I hope these suggestions are of use to you and everyone else whom may need em.

Very nice thanks for uploading your footage! Looks way better than ey_vaz's footage. The video quality is not the best but for me it would be acceptable. I would turn the camera a little bit down :)

Sadly mine looks just as ****ty eyvaz, also from Greensum, so maybe we got a bad batch. Pretty bad pixelation when there are trees around

secretservice04ny, are you not getting any pixelation at all? even with trees around? Who did you purchase it from? Your videos look way better than what I get.

Yes I have done all that , RECORD FRAME Iis MAX and the video quality is still poor. To change the time unthick SYSTEM TIME and choose right TIME ZONE for your area.I live in UK but Ive chosen EUROPE BERLIN time zone to compensate the summer(+1 hour) time in UK,that works ok.
Ive had the camera for two weeks and I regret that I bought it. Also the mount/bracket is not strong

Try pointing the camera down more. You're video-ing the sky and it's exposing for that. It's like walking into a room and looking at the light bulbs - everything else will be difficult to see. The horizon should be no more than one-third down from the top of the screen... less is better.

Mind You, if you point it down you wont capture any meteorites like they did in Russia... a question of priorities? :)

FlyingPanMan

Its pointed down fully ,the power cable on the top of the camera is touching the windscreen.

Same here. I do agree pointing down HELPED though. But the pixelation is not a focus or exposure issue.

Thanks, the video was set at 1080P, true I do record a,bit of the skyline I thought of that due to people claiming that the light was green and not red. I'm sure I can adjust lower but i have not yet. I will consider the suggestion. Thanks

That's sucks big time, I got mine from Green-sum . No I haven't noticed any pixelation on my end. Even when I use Windows media player it looks superb. When I use the app it shrinks the video sow. To fit the window. It doesn't look bad. Also they fixed the GPS map issue. So now that works as well. My recent postings of videos are me driving around Princeton NJ.
