2CH demuxing tool - video+audio - video

Dear forum members

I have a 2 channel Lukas LK-5900 that writes both front and rear video stream into the same file. My goal is to make a Picture-In-Picture video. I suppose I need the front/rear video stream in separate files for this but I cannot find a tool (I have the brains) to use. Preferably I would get the front stream + audio in one file and the rear stream without audio in another.

Anyone with a solution?

thanks for reminding me. i've been meaning to write a tool for that for my cf-100 which does the same thing (puts both channels into one avi file). in fact let me go grab the card out of that camera to get some files to test with. maybe i can get started tonight!
