522GW Vertical Lines on Screen, Why?

I've has this 522GW for several years now and it has worked perfectly until now, it stopped recording s few weeks ago and just displays these vertical lines. Does anyone know if it's fixable please, or is the camera caput! I have updated it and tried another memory card but to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.

hmmm mine has done exactly the same as this last weekend, did you find a solution ?

No sorry I haven’t, not that I’ve tried other than on here. I actually bought the 622GW to replace it, that way I had a superior camera without having to replace the wiring or fixings. I’ll try to sell the old one - someone will think they can mend it.🤞🏻

Same issue here as well.

Started last friday. If i tap the lens barrel it works but then reverts back to doing same issue.

Searched on google etc. few folk have had this issue reported to Nextbase but no resolution was provided.

Maybe time to ditch this brand.
