Has the A810plus been launched abroad? It is sold for ¥1299 yuan in our country
Not yet, another month or two and it should be released globally. China always gets the phones / dashcams / electronics releases first, before global models.

I think a810plus not as good as a229Pro, its rear sensor is IMX 662, the internal sensor is not Sony, but ordinary sensor.

What about the 4K rear cam with Sony IMX678?

Correct me if i am wrong, but if processing is done in the rear camera itself, couldent it then be just about any sensor.
Though of course then if it is a 1080p model the SOC in the rear unit will be overkill i suppose.

Dual full fledged 4K would be amazing.

I got notification in APP today with a new update, but did not see if it was a firmware or APP update as i was away from the car so not able to do anything about it anyway.
But will of course update what ever it is tomorrow.

The rear sensor of T800 is IMX662,not imx678。My t800 will arrive in a few days, and then I will compare it with A229Pro。
There's an RC24 and RC41 in other versions of the T800 maybe?, but that photo looks like a testing version not a retail version so until something official is announced - I wouldn't believe it like you say

2 full fat 4K streams, that would require a nice memory card i think.
Sure my insta camera can handle 4K 100 mbit just fine, but that is just 1 stream, i wonder if 2 streams though lesser bitrate will be harder to handle.

Should be fine when you think about it, other brands except Viofo are doing 4k streams at say 30/35Mb/s tops. So double that and we get 60/70Mb/s total.

T800 rear 4K??

Hmmm, well; VIOFO already writes multiple streams to microSDXC so I do not know there would be issues with two 4K streams?

I do wonder if in this case the rear camera like often seen will be running a lesser bitrate VS the front camera.

TBH / IMO i would prefer both to be the same, even if i do consider rear cameras a little secondary, even if i do recommend people get one if it is financially possible.

Will be interesting to see, there are some caveats as 4K60 isn't available unless you get the IMX662, and even then the interior camera drops to 20fps in such a mode.

But overall, strong contender even at 4K30 back and front.

Found this site online regarding the T800

Looks like it will be launched on Kickstarter?!
I reached out to 70mai and they said it would be released at the end of the year.
In China,A810 Plus adopts a three camera combination of front 4K+rear 1080P+1080P infrared cabin camera,The rear cam model of the domestically produced A810plus is RC24

I am probably more lenient with the interior camera than most, to be honest. On the other hand, I do like a 4K rear, especially with a telephoto as it catches the person immediately behind me and their actions. Having the capability to show the person behind you were on their cell phone or being inattentive goes a long way in traffic court. Both of my A229 Pro are in their death throes (for me anyway) so I am on the hunt for 4K rear cameras or two 4K stand-alone setups.

4k rear is definitely a win and a telephoto would just be that icing on the cake. Don't get me wrong 2k Tele is plenty enough but more resolution for more clarity the better. I'm just glad to see that the imx678 seems to be fitting in smaller bodies now.

Will be interesting to see if this is the year of the imx678 rear, as Vantrue has the S1 Pro max in the wings and that appears to have a 4k rear in a similarly smaller body too ....
