A 810S received

Adata high endurance. - black red - NOT OK, after a few hours of recording the system ask to format card.
Adata Premier pro. black green - NOT OK, again the system ask for the card to be formatted after a while.

I have just put the Lexar professional in the camera.

Of course all of these cards initially format just fine in the system, some will also fill up before asking for format, but the premiere pro from Adata only got to about 50% full

Ill be damned, the A810S just asked me to format the memory card, so since previous post, not much recording before failure.

I am worried, in my experience the 70mai systems always been pretty memory card tolerant.

EDIT: sorry it was the Trancend Ultra performance card i was running. But the Lexar one is in there now.

I don't have those cards. Adata i used to use for general things but i don't see them on the shelf where i buy my cards these days.
I'm only running 70mai cards in their cameras but i also have used the sandisk extreme, I'm pretty sure.

I bought a Samsung Pro Endurance 256GB since I read in a A810 that it was working fine. But in my A810S it often asks for a format. Has anyone else tested the A810S with the Pro Endurance?

Sadly i do not have this card in my test suite.
The last card i have left to try is the Samsung PRO Plus but it is currently in my vantrue system, will get that swapped around tomorrow.

I am thinking when expanding card collection i will go for 512 Gb cards moving forward.
As for the A810S i have found 4 cards in my collection not working, but this same number i have seen with other 70mai systems like for instance the X800 though not exactly the same cards failing.

I will be leaving out the old WD purple ( no QD101 ) card going forward as this is discontinued years ago. I think i will use that in my action camera.

hmmm thought I replied to your response, guess I forgot to hit the button.
Interesting enough when I ignore the format request and just shutdown/startup the dashcam, it will just accept the card and record.

I asked 70mai support about it, at first they came with the standard "update FW response". Gave them SN and videos of what's going on, will be pushing them.

I just got the notification of an update that apparently optimizes SD card performance.
1.2.33ww
Maybe this improves the acceptance of your SD cards?

Nice.
Yes i would have to rerun the failing cards then.
Just about to pull out the new Silicon Power card in the 810S, unless it have tapped out while i was sleeping or out of the apartment it seem to have been doing as it should.

BTW installing now.

Look l,ike the new FW done something, ATM running the Trancend card that failed on launch firmware, and it is holding its own and approaching a solid 24 hours run time.

Yep just looked over the Trancend Ultra performance memory card, and with this new firmware it is now also a viable memory card as far as my testing go.
A 256 GB card hold about 12 hours worth of footage, so it have filled up about 2 times on the 24 H simulated drive in my window sill.

Thanks for the heads-up. Did the update but haven't been able to drive much. So couple of short drives I did were fine so far.

Small update: Had some more drives over the week (short and long) and so far so good.
