Having just done a trip with the A119, I found it awkward locating the capture button as mine is mounted behind the mirror. Going through hours of video to locate the event is also time consuming.
The capture button is the best solution so I made an easy modification to improve this issue. I added a cutout from silicone protection pads. I used a leather punch to cut out the piece. The pads have adhesive backing which can be stuck onto the event capture button. Works great.
