A119 emergency lock button does not work

Hi,

I just purchased 2 A119 units (one for the front, other for the back), and the emergency lock button does not seem to work. I am under the impression that when the unit is recording, a single press of the emergency button should lock the currently-active file. I am recording in 1440p, so it takes about 6 hours for the videos to loop on a 64 GB memory card (using Transcend high endurance MLC). I have attempted to lock many files, but upon reviewing the content of the memory card, I only see files from a few days ago, and none of the files I locked from multiple weeks ago. Both of my units are running firmware V 1.1.

You probably have the G sensor set to off, right? There is a bug in current firmware which causes this issue. It is supposed to be fixed in next version of firmware.

vknha is correct. I was playing around with my settings one day and turned the Gsensor off. I pressed the emergency lock button and didn't hear the familiar beeping sounds that it is saving. It took me a while to figure out, but once I turned the G sensor back on, it worked again
