A129 plus duo realibility and heating?

As the title says. Any known or constant issues with this camera or is it solid? Would be hard wiring and prolly no recording when car is off.
 
I have it for almost 3 months in exactly same configuration (hardwired and and not recording when car is off). 0 issues so far. After initial setup, pure plug & play.
 
I use it with low bitrate parking mode, which is on for about 8-9 hours daily, with no issues. We've had a few heat waves already here in New England and I have not noticed any issues while in parking mode.
