What is the difference between Chip Sets Ambarella A7LA70 with A7LD70 ?

I have never heard of the A7LD70. I think you are asking what the difference is between the A7LA70 vs A7LA70D. The D versions have internal DDR RAM. The models without the D, use external DDR RAM.

I think the D variants have been more trouble than they're worth, they encourage smaller designs which only serves to accentuate the inherent heat issues they have

I think it's A7LA70 and it's a typo because some images have A7LD70 while others have A7LA70.
See the chip has A7LD70 but below configuration, it says A7LA70 solution.

All the screen shots have A7LA70 so does the description:
