I can't help wondering why changing an email address for BlackVue is such a complicated matter.
Where many sites simply send a confirmation to the new address to complete the change, BV like to make it complicated.
They need a complete new account establishing under the new address!
Sounds simple...? It should be, but as I've found it involves registering the camera again to the new cloud account, and that has proved impossible.
Bottom line; why don't Bv keep it simple!!
Waiting on support replying......
