Adding a 2nd dashcam on Blackvue Cloud account

none of the available apps can control the blackvue app (they are all for social media apps)

2. Regarding the Cloud Service Structure​

We apologize for the confusion and frustration regarding our BlackVue Cloud service tiers. We want to clarify how the service works to explain the pricing you encountered.

The Free Plan: Each BlackVue account comes with a free 1 Cloud plan. This plan includes core cloud features but is limited to a total of 1 camera connection at any given time, regardless of how many cameras you own.

The Paid Plans: When you add a second camera to your account and wish to view both live feeds or use other cloud features, an upgrade to a paid plan is required.

We understand your perspective that this feels like a penalty for brand loyalty and purchasing more products. Our intention with the tiered structure is to maintain the sustainability and quality of the cloud service, which involves significant ongoing costs for server infrastructure, data transmission, and development.
