I have an Thinkware X550 dash cam, when i attempt to replay any video on the Thinkware video player screen I cannot download any video onto the player screen.
I click on the magnifying glass to select a video but the videos on the sd card are there but they are all greyed out and cannot be selected or dragged across into the view page.
I have also noticed that on the viewer page I do not have a File option pull down as displayed on the brochure supplied.
I have removed the video player and reloaded as advised from Thinkware following a number of emails asking for assistance but still to no avail.
I am using a Mac book Pro and tried the system on another MacBook Pro but I still get the same problems.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated before the whole system gets flung through the window.
