I drove up Highway 1 from LA to SF this weekend and I would like to merge most of the clips together. Are there any tips on doing it, because I believe there's a few seconds overlap between each 15minute clip. Just wanting to see if anyone has a program/code/tip on merging multiple clips and automatically removing the overlap in the process. If not, I'll just merge them and deal with the jitteriness overlap every 15 minutes. Thanks!

Registrator Viewer can stitch them together and remove the overlap without re-encoding

Agree with @jokiin - RV is the tops for doing simple clip editing/combining. It can even save clips at different speeds - so a long 5 hour road trip gets compressed to 30 seconds. All of it, without re-encoding the video.
Another very powerful, light-weight application is Avidemux. That does re-encode, but it does so very quickly. It's good for changing video formats, applying filters, etc. RV is definitely my go-to program, though.
