Is there, or will there be, any UK suppliers for the A119s?
Don't really want to order from China if I can help it!

Can't see them on there, they have the A119, BOBLOV selling them, can't see any A119s.
I shall keep an eye out in case they show up.

Any updates on this? I have a family member who wants a dash cam and we both think this one would be perfect but haven't been able to find a trustworthy retailer.
 
By Viofo website there don't have any retailer in EU. I don't know if it because of the extra year of warranty there have to give. There product is ok, so it should not be a problem.
Maybe a there will expand there marked as there name grow and it easier to start up in US.
If there want I guess there could created a web store at Amazon.co.uk and let them take care of the shipping / returns. Raise the price a little to cover the cost of the extra year of warranty.
Maybe there only want to do, what there are good to do. Making camera.
Luckily we got them here in US.

It will just be a matter of time. I'm sure the A119S will be available on Amazon.uk soon (or though a different sales channel). My new stock arrives this week and I'd be happy to ship one out to the UK, but it's probably better to just wait for it to become available with a seller over there. Would make more sense for buyers.

Just in case a supplier doesn't appear, what would you charge for postage to the UK?
 
Been doing some lurking, whilst research what cam to get.. Was holding out for the A119S, but as of yesterday I could only order it via ebay (with an optimistic 2 maybe 6 week wait). So after nearly being hit by another car, two days in a row, I decided enough was enough and was just about to order an A119. Thought, I'd do one last search and two suppliers are now listing A119S on Amazon UK, Spytech (Viofo official reseller) and RTTech, though they are not the top results of a search for "A119S" but the 9/10th products listed! Spy tech comes without the GPS mount and RTtech does.. I decided to use Spytech, due to the reports of issues with the lenses (for return purposes).. Delivery due Wednesday (non-prime)

Can you two confirm what seller you bought from & if it comes with the gps mount?

I'm looking at buying from spytec but unsure if it comes with one (in the photos it looks like it has the gps mount on).

Can you also confirm if these are legit or fakes? Haven't really been able to find anywhere else selling the a119s in the uk, just don't want to get caught out buying a fake

Arrived today (Amazon initally said 3 days time, so a big thumbs up to them), I bought it from spy tech, as their listed as an official supplier on the Viofo website. No gps mount, as per the Amazon advert, I bought one from the seller Boblov again from Amazon. No idea how you want me to identify if it's legit or a fake, but I reckon buying from a preferred supplier on Amazon gives me more piece of mind than buying direct from China or chinese ebay seller. Only had time to fit it, make sure it's working, & a quick glance at footage suggest the the low light performance is really good
 
I also ordered from SpyTech, should arrive tomorrow. No GPS as advertised, didn't need GPS as the A119 on the front of my car has one and this one is going on the back window to replace another older Viofo camera.

I will be ordering myself one during the week, along with a hardwire kit and an extra gps mount, as i'm planning on swapping it between my van and the car.

Was contemplating either the A119s Or Street Guardian, but Will be ordering the a119s!!

Ordered my 119S from Amazon UK.
The A119S from Spytech, CPL filter and GPS Holder from Boblov and 64gb Samsung EVO Plus SD Card supplied and filled from Amazon UK. All post free. Could have got from Aliexpress or eBay but no real cost saving and less chance of problems should there be a fault.

Now see how long it takes to arrive.....
 
How did you guys get on?

I've just ordered one as well from @spytec on Amazon UK with a couple of the CPLs so they should arrive tomorrow πŸ™‚
 
I ordered from Amazon UK on Tuesday the 10th Jan, estimated Delivery the 19th. The order was delivered yesterday, the 15th. I ordered as I did as this got around the Β£20 post free minimum order saving me Β£4.75.

Spytec are based in the USA and Boblov in China, still a fast service! I don't think Amazon has stock themselves, be interesting to see how long your order takes....

Spytec have some stock over in the UK for fulfilled by Amazon - I have Prime so it should be here tomorrow (unless he comes when I'm out πŸ™‚ )
