AR790 Re format issue

My dash cam keeps stating that “formating is on standby, press the left key to format”
This happens each time I restart the car. I have tried pressing the left and right keys after the prompt but this has not rectified the issue. I have also tried different cards of capacity without success.
has anybody else had this issue and resolved it. Many thanks if you can help.

I think I had the continuously formatting problem once, which I formatted the SD card in my camera. Maybe try that or formatting on the computer?

have tried both your suggestions and have also formatted the drive from the QVIA app without success.
thanks for the suggestions, looks like I’ll just have to keep pressing the left button until I identify the solution.

As you can see in the thread below, I'm also having problems and am quite stuck at this point.

I tried formatting the card from the app it resolved it for 2 days but then it reverted back to the original issue.

Tried everything now so I'm resolved to just keeping pressing the left key,
