AUTO-VOX V5PRO Stop working after update

Hey guys , so I bough recently a new v5pro ,
I download the new software on SD card , mirror read the update , the mirro switched off and never turned again ..
So , i remove the SD card and try to hard reset using a pin but nothing happen .
When swiching ignition on mirror backlight is reacting and there is a sound , but nothing displayed , even when im touching screen is reacting by click sound .
Any ideas what i can do ? maybe try update to previous software ?

I have the same issue. The unit is booting successfully, including the boot chime and the backlight is ON. The touch screen seems to work when you tap where the date or menu items should be. However, there is no image on the screen… just a dull-gray color of the backlight.

I have reached out to auto-vox's support, and they are responding, but we have not found a fix.
