Bad Drivers of the West Coast

I'd have honked at those stupid peds and bikers for sure. Except the one where the guy was getting out of the civic... Just so it wouldn't scare the driver.
 
Perhaps I've been living in SC far too long (desensitized) because most of that looked pretty innocent to me. Or maybe it's just that I'd take any of that over what I have to deal with day in and day out.
