Just getting everything fixed in my head to fit an external battery for my dashcam, having watched numerous video's online and read numerous posts
i now think my brain is pickled
I understand the battery needs to be fitted to an ACC fuse, i am sure i heard in a video to use an acc fuse that is no less than 15a however on reading the manual
printed in chinese english it says to use an acc fuse of 10a or less
Because of my fuse box layout my fuse tap choices are limited, 2 ideal candidates i have are a 5a fuse and a 25a fuse.
Will it matter if i use 5 or 25 to shove the fusetap into the fuse for the battery itself is 20a
piccy below of what the manual say's, if i am reading it right No4 i should go with the 5a fuse slot
thanks
