Battery pack & hardwiring: what happens if charge runs out?

Hello

If a battery pack can last for say 20hours for parking mode and the car is left for over 20hours on its own what happens? Will the battery pack just die? And parking mode will stop recording?

If this is the case does that mean once the engine is turned back on then charging of the battery will resume?

Am I correct in what I am saying? Or is it different?

Any info would be appreciated
