Black screen on Ucam app

So I just upgraded from my B1W to the B4K. Installed the rear barrel cam as well

Installed Ucam app on my iPhone and it is recording and saving data, but when I open the app for live view, it’s only showing a black screen with a twirling circle in the center. It does say it is recording - I do see my 3 minute clips. The cam is hard wired and I have a new 128 GB Samsung Pro Endurance card in it.

Any ideas?

If you pause recording do you still get the black screen?

Have you tried a different phone?

Switch airplane mode on your iPhone and try again?
