Blackvue Cloud Connection

I’ve a DR900X - 2Ch with the LTE modul, and I keep loosing cloud connection, I can see led’s flashing on the rear of the camera, looks like the two outer ones, the only thing that seems to work is a power cycle, it’s fully updated, can anyone help pls ?
