So @alexsoll did this, and posted a picture of it, so I wanted to do it myself since I think it makes it look much better in your car.

So of course I made a quick video of the process, I personally would recommend everyone with this model to do it because IMO that white ring even when the blue light is off is very noticeable and an eye sore to me.
