Hi this is my first Blackvue cloud dash cam. DR750X-2CH 4G LTE PLUS. I have a T-mobile SIM card installed working good. I have a iPhone 7 Plus with the Blackvue app on the main page of the Blackvue app. I have my cameras
(1) connect to cloud
(2) connect to camera
(3) download videos
(4) Blackvue battery
for some reason I can’t connect to camera from a different location but I can on the other 3 options. Why is this ? Thank you very much for any help on this
