Blue light flashing, wont fire up.

I have a model nextbase 622 in my vehicle and one in my wifes. It once use to start up on my opening the door as its hard worked to power, however, now all I get is a flashing blue led light and I can't fire it up, reset it with the underside button etc. If I disconnect the camera it starts right up when connected to a home charger power supply. If the blue light is flashing its connected to power in the car still, right? Any thoughts please would help! Thanks
